The hotel's location suited my needs well.
The phone in my room did not work so I had to go to the front desk to request maintenance. This inconvenience occurred late at night. The shower floor was also quite slippery and posed a safety hazard to my son as he almost fell when showering.

The hotel provides a shuttle to Siam Paragon, super convenient. It runs frequently! I enjoyed the extensive breakfast they offer in the lobby. The Tom Yum flavored peanuts sold in the hotel's shop make a great souvenir. They come in a nice bottle.
I noticed that one of the lamps in the room had a slight wobble.

the shower area floor felt slippery, i hope they add better mats.

The hotel provides a shuttle to Siam Paragon mall. The breakfast offered a diverse selection. My room included regularly replenished minibar drinks without extra charge. The pool on the seventh floor was suitable for families.. The poolside bar offered food at reasonable prices. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful.
The phone in my room was not functional.
